Probably not! I'm not a real web designer/developer and am frequently confused by web design concepts myself. I will try to help if I can! but I recommend looking at resources like W3Schools instead of coming to me.

What do you use to make stuff?

For this site: Firefox, Notepad, Sublime Text and the Neocities IDE.
